Agree the supplier programme, countries and product groups with Alza. A supplier workflow goes beyond uploading products: assortment, commercial terms and logistics must fit the agreed model.
Alza describes XLS templates and XML feeds among its product creation routes. Your onboarding determines the paths and requirements available to your account. Agree the actual shopvibes delivery scope with our team.
Prepare these data areas

For technical assortments, make model names and compatible configurations explicit. Similar names do not establish that items are the same model. Obtain the mandatory fields from the current Alza requirements for your process.
From catalogue to agreed output
- Get the current requirements. Record the template or format specification and target market supplied by Alza.
- Check shopvibes records. Complete missing attributes and assign images to their products.
- Map the fields. Agree with our team how your catalogue will be transformed into the required partner format.
- Test a small assortment. Select different product types, inspect the output and review feedback from the agreed Alza process.
- Reuse the workflow. Maintain changes at their source and inspect new templates before another export.
Plan product information and operations separately
Preparing product content does not define order, stock or shipping-message workflows. Establish the source, destination and owner for each task to make the actual project scope clear.
